Response Built For Fleet Operations

Dispatch is built around uptime, not generic roadside workflow. The call is triaged fast, matched to the right technician, and tracked through completion.

Nearest qualified technician gets dispatched, not whoever is free.

Dispatch pairs the call with parts availability before the truck rolls.

You get clear ETA updates from first call through repair completion.

Inside Our Operations Command Flow

After your call, dispatch runs a command-center workflow designed to maximize first-visit diagnosis and on-site resolution.

Step 1

Triage and command assignment

Our operations desk captures symptoms, unit details, and lane location, then assigns a lead dispatcher to own the incident.

Step 2

Resource marshaling starts

Parts, tools, and technician capability are coordinated in parallel so the response truck leaves with a high-probability fix path.

Step 3

Master mechanic escalation

Complex failures are flagged immediately and routed to senior mechanics for pre-arrival diagnostic guidance.

Step 4

Field execution and closure

On-scene tech confirms diagnosis, executes the repair when safe, and closes the incident with dispatch-level continuity.

We Bring The Shop To You

Service trucks carry OEM-level diagnostics for Cummins, Detroit Diesel, PACCAR, and International platforms. Most repairs are completed where the failure happens.

Fleet managers get clear findings, scope, and next action. If roadside repair is safe, we complete it there. If not, we escalate without losing dispatch context.

Your Parts Are Already Here

We stage inventory near service corridors so technicians are not waiting on dealership counters. Overnight and weekend calls move faster because parts are in our own network.

This is how one-visit completion stays high: call comes in, dispatch validates likely failure, truck rolls with probable parts.

Roadside Assistance Questions

Clear answers for drivers, dispatch, and fleet managers

How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and where our nearest truck is, but in our core service areas we typically arrive within 30 to 60 minutes. When you call, we give you an honest ETA upfront and send SMS updates so you know exactly when we'll be there.
What types of trucks do you work on?
All of them. Semi-trucks, box trucks, reefers, flatbeds, dump trucks, buses, RVs, and heavy equipment. Our techs carry diagnostic tools for Cummins, Detroit Diesel, PACCAR, and International engines. If it has a diesel engine and wheels, we work on it.
Can you actually fix it roadside, or will you just tow it?
We fix it roadside whenever possible. Our service trucks are fully equipped mobile shops with diagnostic tools, parts, and supplies. Most common issues like tires, batteries, starters, belts, hoses, air leaks, and forced regens are handled on-site. We only tow when the repair genuinely requires a shop.
Do you carry parts, or do I have to wait?
Our trucks are stocked with the most common parts, and we maintain private parts warehouses near our service areas. Starters, alternators, belts, hoses, filters, brake components, DEF parts, and more. Most jobs are completed in a single visit with no waiting for parts orders.
What if it's 2AM?
We answer the phone. No voicemail, no answering service, no "we'll call you back in the morning." Our dispatch is staffed 24/7/365 and we dispatch technicians around the clock. Breakdowns don't wait for business hours and neither do we.
How much does roadside service cost?
Pricing depends on the repair, parts needed, and your location. We give you an upfront estimate before dispatching so there are no surprises. We collect a deposit to dispatch, then the balance after the job is done. We accept credit cards, Zelle, cash, and EFS checks.
Do you do forced regens?
Yes. Forced regeneration is one of our most common calls. We carry the diagnostic equipment to perform regens on-site for all major engine brands. If the regen fails, we can diagnose the underlying issue right there, whether it's a sensor, the DPF itself, or the DEF system.
What if the repair can't be done roadside?
If a repair needs a shop, we have an 8-bay facility in Yuba City equipped for major work including full engine replacements. We tow it in-house instead of sending you to a dealership. Faster turnaround, lower cost, and you talk directly to the mechanic on your truck.
