Fleet Nation runs 24/7 fleet service across California, Oregon, and Washington. We're hiring heavy-duty diesel mechanics, dispatchers, and roadside techs to grow the operation as we expand into new corridors.

What we hire for

Heavy-duty diesel mechanic

Service-truck or shop-based. Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, International. Diagnostic competence, roadside repair, after-treatment work. Master tech and journeyman tracks both open depending on the location.

Dispatch and customer service

24/7 dispatch desk in Yuba City. Triage incoming calls, quote ETAs and pricing, assign trucks, keep fleet customers updated en route. Heavy-duty trucking background is a plus, not a requirement.

Tow and recovery operator

CDL-required roles for our wrecker line. Light, medium, and heavy-duty equipment; scene-management training; rotator experience valued for recovery work.

Parts and inventory

Stock the warehouse and the service trucks for the top 80% of roadside diesel jobs. Vendor relationships, ordering, returns, and just-in-time replenishment for the four trucks in rotation.
