Mount Shasta, Weed, Dunsmuir, and Siskiyou County. 24/7 dispatch.
DPF regeneration service to clear warning lights and keep you compliant.
Your DPF light came on climbing toward the Siskiyou Summit. The truck derated and you are crawling on the shoulder at 5 mph with a line of cars honking behind you. The nearest shop that can run a regen is 60 miles south in Redding.
Fleet Nation runs forced regens on-site in the Mount Shasta area. We come to your location, clear the codes, and get you back to full power.
Mountain driving is a DPF nightmare. The grades push engines hard, loading the DPF with soot. Then the descents drop exhaust temps too low for passive regen. The DPF fills up and the truck derates.
Chain control delays make it worse. Hours of idling in freezing temps load the DPF and never get hot enough to burn anything off. When the road opens, the truck immediately derates because the DPF is packed full.
Cold weather adds another layer. DEF systems freeze. Doser injectors clog. Sensors read incorrectly in extreme cold. All of these trigger aftertreatment codes.
Factory-level diagnostic tools to read the full aftertreatment code history. We run the forced regen at your location. Takes 30-60 minutes for a standard regen.
If the regen will not complete, we diagnose deeper. Failed DPF pressure sensor, bad doser injector, cracked DPF core, frozen DEF lines, or DEF quality issue. We repair on-site when possible.
DPF forced regen. DOC inspection. SCR catalyst evaluation. DEF doser injector replacement. DPF pressure and temperature sensors. DEF pump and line repair. EGR valve cleaning and replacement.
Frozen DEF lines and pumps are common on the Siskiyou corridor in winter. The DEF system shuts down, the truck throws codes, and the engine derates. We thaw frozen DEF components and repair damaged lines on-site.
Call Fleet Nation at 530-925-7775 when the DPF light comes on. Do not drive derated longer than you have to.
